Lush Ricotta Creme:

Select ingredients from above to add to shopping list


  1. Preheat your oven to 160C fan-forced.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix through until combined.
  4. Spoon into a large baking tin.
  5. Bake for 45-60mins.
  6. Cool in the tin for 15 minutes before completely turning out onto a wire rack.
  7. Frost with Lush Ricotta Creme.
Lush Ricotta Creme
  1. Combine ricotta, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  2. Fold through mascarpone until well combined.
  3. Pipe the crème into each éclair.
  4. Dip éclairs into the ganache and place onto a tray to set.
