Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Heat oil in a small fry pan or cast iron dish
- Add mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes or until just cooked.
- Stir in garlic and parsley. Turn off heat letting residual heat cook the garlic.
- Eat the mushrooms while still sizzling with a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with bread to dip in the oil that has been infused with the flavours of mushroom, garlic and parsley.
