Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Halve the tomatoes and grate them on a box grater, discarding the skin. Spoon the tomato sauce onto the 2 slices of bread.
- Season sparingly with salt and pepper as the jamon itself will be salty.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with thinly sliced jamon. Serve.
